Admissions Process

A Mount de Sales Academy education is an investment that pays rich dividends for a lifetime. Required documents/procedures for a completed application are:

  1. Completed Student Questionnaire. (PDF Form)
  2. Application fee of $50 (non-refundable).
  3. Transcript which includes standardized test scores. (PDF Form)
  4. Test results from Mount de Sales testing.
  5. Letter of recommendation. (PDF Form)

Mount de Sales Academy conducts entrance exams periodically throughout the school year with the main testing date in January.

Open Houses for prospective families are held annually. Shadow visits for prospective students may be scheduled during the year by calling the Admissions Office at 478-751-3240, ext. 111.
