It is with pride and pleasure that I welcome you to participate in Mount de Sales Development. With our new Strategic Plan as our guide, we must all work together to bring Mount de Sales into the 21st Century.
Priorities in our new Strategic Plan include completing a Campus Master Plan with continued land acquisition and development. This land acquisition will allow an enhanced athletic facility on the downtown campus, continued recruitment of the very best faculty, develop more on campus parking and remain on the cutting edge of information technology. This can only be achieved through enhanced Development participation, increased Capital giving, increasing Cash Reserves and expanding our Grant and Donor base. Planned giving is also a long-term way of remembering MDS and obtaining some welcomed tax benefits to your estate.
We need your help! One hundred percent participation is crucial in Annual giving, Capital giving, Development participation and Grant applications."
Please remember that without your help, MDS would not be where it is today. Tuition only covers 80% of educating your child, (our operating budget). The additional 20% comes from your generous support to the Annual Fund. Capital gifts build new buildings and maintain our beautiful facilities. Grants and Endowments allow more student diversity by increased financial assistance. They allow for increased language, arts, theater, technology and sports development.
With your help we can achieve the seemingly impossible. Please give when asked, no matter how large or small. Your help and participation is crucial to our future at Mt. de Sales.
