[Macon, Georgia] – Beatriz Bernardino Paschoini, senior at Mount de Sales Academy Catholic private school, located in Macon, Georgia, was recognized as a Commended Student in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program.  

 A Letter of Commendation from the school and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC®), which conducts the program, was provided to the school for this scholastically talented senior. Beatriz will be recognized during the Senior Honors Ceremony at the end of the 2025-2026 academic year in preparation for graduation. 

Beatriz Bernardino Paschoini is recognized as a 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Student at Mount de Sales Academy in Macon, GA.  

Approximately 34,000 Commended Students nationwide are being recognized for their exceptional academic promise. Commended Students placed among the top 50,000 students who entered the 2026 competition by taking the 2024 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®).
