As communities start to reopen and the weather is warming up, the search for summer camps begins. Anyone else ready to put the 2020-2021 school year behind them? Summer plans for our children include finding quality camp options all while ensuring our children are having fun!
Consider joining our all-day, fun, educational and athletic camps. All are welcome – you do not have to be a Mount de Sales student to participate in Camp Cavalier. Read below to find out how your child can have an exciting summer in Middle Georgia.
SPLASH Camp
Our all-day SPLASH camp is a community-wide favorite! Rising 1st – 8th graders choose classes from more than 30 course offerings – every camper may have a unique class schedule. Classes are also taught by certified teachers. Whether it’s performing a new science experiment, improving archery skills or creating an original piece of art, these course offerings provide campers with a big SPLASH of educational knowledge and fun! Drop off begins as early as 7:30. After Care and Lunch options are available as well. NEW this year – SPLASH camp will be offered for three full weeks!
Video Game Design
To encourage STEM in an ever-growing technological world, campers will use Paradigm Games to learn game design, art, logic, and implementation. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available in an online or in-person format. This camp is perfect for your older child – 5th-12th graders welcome!

ports Camps
The Mount de Sales downtown Macon campus and Cavalier Fields athletic facility will be busy this summer! Campers from Kindergarten to 8th grade, and beyond, have an opportunity to learn, develop technique, and compete in a variety of sports camps, including volleyball, football, soccer, wrestling, cheer, multi-sport “ultimate” camp, and more.
Otis Redding Foundation’s Camp DREAM – Cavalier Edition
Camp DREAM, a project of the Otis Redding Foundation, is a condensed version of the very popular Otis Music Camp, for a younger audience. Children age 5-11 are invited to participate in this full-day performing arts camp which will highlight guitar, songwriting, theater, percussion and more. A student performance will be held at the conclusion of the week to showcase the wonderful Middle Georgia talent! We are proud to partner with the Otis Redding Foundation again this year for their Camp DREAM.
