Be part of a winning legacy!
Our junior sports camps and leagues/clubs help young aspiring athletes learn a new sport or give more experienced players an opportunity to develop essential skills, all as an extension of the Academy’s winning athletics program. Current MDS coaches lead the camps with assistance from Cavalier athletes who serve as mentors.
Our leagues have grown to include football, soccer, and wrestling. Our junior leagues and clubs are open to the community.

Mount de Sales is offering the Cavalier Youth Wrestling Club, an official USA Wrestling Club, sponsored by Rush MMA.
Open to all boys and girls- 8U to 16U (3rd Grade to 8th Grade)
Location: Rush MMA 310 6th St Macon, GA; We will send out a weekly email with the week’s schedule as well as posting on the Team App)
Times & Dates: 6:00-7:00 PM Tuesdays & Thursdays (Oct.-Mar.), Sunday 1-3 PM **Note: Dates and Times are subject to change due to gym and practice space availability. OFF Thanksgiving.
Cost: $350 will cover the cost of club dues, practice gear (T-shirt/shorts /sweatshirt), and tournament entries for the folkstyle season as well as the $50 required USA Wrestling Membership Fee. USA Wrestling Membership will give you access to compete in USA wrestling tournaments locally and nationally.
Competition: USA Wrestling and Cavalier Wrestling Club will offer a competition schedule for the first time this season our first and foremost goal is to get young wrestlers to learn to love the sport, the mental and physical grind it requires to be successful, and to learn to compete and have fun! The goal of competition at the youth level is all about experience as a competitor and athlete. It IS NOT ABOUT WINS AND LOSSES. Our goal is to attend local scrimmages and inter squads locally as well as attend at least three USA tournaments, culminating the season at USA Wrestling’s Kids State 2024.
Communication: Weekly emails with weekly practice schedule and club updates. Join the Team App (desktop or mobile; search “MDS Cavalier Wrestling” to request and we will add you). USA wrestling club website will have updates as well.
