Senior Alisa Siebenmorgan was invited to the Georgia State Capitol on February 8th for Youth Equine Championship Day. Alisa met with Governor Nathan Deal and members of the Georgia Agriculture Commodity Commission for Equine and was presented with an award for excelling in equine partner activities.

In 2016 and 2017, Alisa qualified to compete at the Morgan Grand National and World Championship Horse Show in Oklahoma City where she placed fourth in the trail competition earning an invitation to the Capitol. The special day also included tours of the Capitol and meetings with former State Veterinarian Dr. Carter Black and Georgia Equine Commissioner Julie Murphy.
