Junior Mallory Speir’s specialty is acrylics. She has been an equestrian for the last decade, and the sport truly inspires her artistic expression as horses are typically the subjects of choice in her artwork.

Though Mallory counts acrylic painting as her favorite medium, this semester she is learning and practicing watercolor techniques.

For the 2016 Christmas season, Mallory’s stunning acrylic painting of the three magi was chosen as the featured image for the school’s Candlelight Carol.
