The Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) recognized Mount de Sales Academy’s senior, Evan Lin, as the Region VI winner last night. Evan nominated Mr. Mark McMahon (’77) as this year’s STAR teacher. Mount de Sales Academy has the highest number of PAGE STAR Region winners among independent schools in Central Georgia.

The global studies center is made possible with a generous bequest from alumna Judge Betty Willis Ruben, a Mount de Sales Academy graduate from the class of 1944, who passed away on April 28, 2024.
