In the tradition of Mercy, we are finding ways to help those in need. Please see the activities that will either culminate or begin during Mercy Week from September 20th-24th.

Monday, September 20th—The Junior and Senior Beta Clubs will send goodies that they have collected to the Healthcare Heroes at Atrium Health.
Tuesday, September 21st—This is “Hats for Hope” day. Students who bring in $1 for Jay’s Hope (Childhood Cancer Organization) may wear a hat to school.
Wednesday, September 22nd—We will kick off sales for Mercy T-shirts. Students may wear an MDS shirt with uniform bottoms and begin ordering Mercy T-shirts. They will be able to wear these on designated days during the school year. A link to the website for ordering will be sent out soon.
Thursday, September 23rd—Our “Love for Louisiana” drive will begin as we collect items and donations for the diocesan schools in the areas hardest hit by Hurricane Ida. More information will be provided soon about what items are most in need.
Friday, September 24th—We will celebrate Mercy Day Mass here at school.
