Senior Daryn Sanders has been one of the most prominent artists at Mount de Sales for many years.

Daryn is known for humorous portraits and realistic, detailed drawing of a variety of people. She is able to imbue her art with a sense of irony, mostly through the use of comic elements in the art, expression on the faces of the subjects, and juxtaposition of elements in the work.

Daryn is comfortable with pencil drawing, and creates accurate, beautiful long-term works that rival professionals. She has participated in local events every year.
