Mount de Sales Academy sophomore Eleanor Anderson and freshman Benjamin Smith spearheaded an effort to raise funds for Crisis Line and Safe House of Central Georgia. The students held a cell phone drive on campus. More than 100 phones were donated and were sold to a recycling company. Eleanor and Benjamin presented a check for the proceeds to Dee Simms, Crisis Line executive director.
