To help student-athletes for any sport stay healthy, energized, and in shape, Coach John Rogers and Coach Debbie McMahon have created workout routines for male and female athletes, respectively. Athletes can log their progress each workout day. These are not mandatory, but we do encourage maintaining physical activity during this time. Note: Students received links to log via email.
