Cavaliers Grabs Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Georgia Military College

Cavaliers took the lead late in the game in a 4-1 victory over Georgia Military College on Monday. The game was tied at one with Cavaliers batting in the bottom of the fifth when Marshall induced Brady Pool to ground out, but two runs scored.
Cavaliers captured the lead in the first inning. Zack Tong's sac fly scored one run for Cavaliers.In the top of the fourth inning, Georgia Military College tied things up at one. With one out in the fourth inning Hostetter drove in one run when he singled.
Adam Leverett earned the win for Cavaliers. He pitched seven innings, allowing one run, three hits, striking out 13, and walking zero. McCrary took the loss for Georgia Military College. He tossed four innings, allowing one run, three hits, and striking out three.
Tong, Steele Bruce, and Brady Pool each drove in one run to lead Cavaliers.
